VARHAD has its presence in nine prisons and two central prisons (Nagpur and Amravati) six district prisons (Akola, Wardha, Yevatmal, Washim, Buldana and Gadchiroli) and in one open prison in Morshi (Amravati).VARHAD’s visionary contribution in the field of criminology, justice, prison reforms and human rights have been immensely appreciatedby different organizations at national and international levels apart from the State Government and respective local administrations.
